ALL EOYC staff should arrive at Tall Oaks on Saturday July 26th at 4pm.
NEW counselors will have additional training sessions. The camp director will contact you with additional information.
Campers arrive Sunday, July 27-Saturday, August 2.
Registration for this schedule starts on 04/27/2025 and ends on 06/30/2025
Participants must be 18 years to 80 years old when the program starts.

Important information for EOYC Counselors:
EOYC 2025 Campers arrive on Sunday, July 27 to Saturday, August 2.
NEW Counselor training will occur the morning of July 26th at St. Dionysios Greek Orthodox Church, Overland Park, KS.
Additional training for new counselors may be scheduled prior to this date over Zoom.
ALL counselors are expected to attend trainings at Tall Oaks on July 26th from 4pm to 9pm. Counselors may choose to stay the night at Tall Oaks on the 26th after this scheduled training. Liturgy will be held at Tall Oaks Sunday morning, staff brunch, and then further preparations for camper arrival at 4pm.
After camper arrival, counselors are expected to attend the entire week of camp.
A Clergy Reference, written by the applicant's parish priest, is required. This Reference form can be found at the submission of your enrollment and should be downloaded or printed. Please review and follow the directions on the form.
Counselor applications are reviewed along with the Clergy Reference, and selections are determined by the Camp Chaplain in coordination with the EOYC Leadership Team.
Selected counselors are encouraged to attend the camp planning meetings held prior to camp. These meetings occur either in-person or via Zoom.

This year all staff are required to pay a $200 fee for food/lodging.
Please do NOT pay this fee until you have received confirmation of acceptance to serve as a counselor.

Please note the EOYC Immunizations policy:
Anyone attending EOYC. either camper or staff, must upon request, provide a copy of their immunization record and must confirm that they are vaccinated and are "up to date" on the following immunizations: DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis), Hepatitis B, Polio, Hib (haemophilus influenza B), PCV (pneumococcal), MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), varicella, Tdap (if 11 years or older), MCV (meningococcal) (if 11 years or older), Meningitis B (if 16 years or older). We strongly recommend the HPV, Influenza, and COVID-19 vaccinations for all eligible.
A medical exemption may only be granted by the EOYC board of Directors.
