Campers arrive 4pm on Sunday, July 27th at Tall Oaks.
Camper pick-up begins at 10:30am on Saturday, August 2 with Closing Chapel service at 11:00am.
Registration closes on July 13th 2025.

We encourage you to pay your camper fess by check to avoid the additional charge to EOYC for credit card fees.
Early Bird Rate: $500 until June 30th
Camper Rate: $550 on July 1

Overnight camp at Tall Oaks Sunday, July 27 to Saturday, August 2, 2025.

***Please be aware that you will need to provide the following as part of this registration process:
1. Upload the front and back image of your child's health insurance card
2. Upload a copy of your child's immunization record
3. Print and sign the EOYC Waiver (you may upload the signed copy again or bring it to check-in at Tall Oaks)
4. Print, sign and notarize the Consent to Treat form. Parents who are attending EOYC as a counselor do NOT need to provide document. This is only for those campers who will NOT have a parent at Tall Oaks during camp. This document may be uploaded after signature and notarization OR may be brought to check-in at Tall Oaks. Note: Bank tellers typically can notarize documents free of charge for bank customers. There should also be a notary at Check-in at Tall Oaks.
5. High School age campers may be leaving Tall Oaks to participate in a service project. The Camp Director will notify relevant parents for those participating with additional details and transportation waivers.
6. Parents of incoming High School Seniors will be contacted to provide baby pictures and other images of their child for the senior video on the final night of camp.
7. Please be sure to monitor your email for communication from the camp director throughout the summer and prior to camp.
